  • Free parking: Ample parking is available at the High Country Fairgrounds. Please be respectful of the parking attendants and other cars. Drink too much? You CAN leave your car overnight if you have too much to drink and need to get a ride home.

  • Parking Information: The parking situation will be the same as the last few years, if you are using Uber, taxi, or being dropped of by a friend there will be a drop off turn out at the front of the field, it will be marked with a sign and there will be a staff member present. If you are needing to park in general parking, follow along the traffic pattern until you have been parked by the staff member in charge.

Please be attentive, respectful, and patient to everyone and everything around you coming in and out of the festival. Please drive SLOW.

  • Free shuttle service: Pick-up locations are at the Raylee lot on ASU’s campus and at participating hotel, Quality Inn and Country Inn and Suites (for hotel guests only). Shuttles start at 1:30pm and will run back and forth to pick up locations throughout the day.

Entry

  • MUST BE 21 OR OLDER: Attendees, volunteers, & designated drivers must be at least 21 years old. We check identification. Yes, we can tell the difference between real and fake IDs.

  • Festival bracelets required: Bracelets must be worn at all times and indicate your ID has been checked and to differentiate VIP from General Admission, and DD ticket holders.

  • Bags, backpacks, & babies: We do check bags. No drugs, pets, weapons, or outside food or drinks. Please no children, this isn’t a good environment for them. Book a babysitter here.

  • Free tasting glass: Each guest gets a free tasting glass with that year’s unique design. No other glasses or cups may be used to taste beer at the festival.

  • Weather: Beer Fest is a rain or shine event! We are a nonprofit event that raises money for charities and education so we do not refund tickets. We let all our vendors know this is an outdoor event and they are expected to pour rain or shine. Rain only adds to the charm of the festival.

  • In case of rain, rain gear is encouraged as umbrellas will not be allowed at the fest.

Food

  • Food prices: Prices vary from $2-12 each.

  • Payment: Please bring cash for purchasing food as the vendors will not have Wifi for card transactions.

  • Food voucher: The VIP food voucher is only good for one food truck of your choice. You will be responsible to pay any amount over the $8 allotment but we have asked food vendors to provide meals at this price point or less.

  • Pretzel necklaces: Available for sale, with proceeds benefiting specific charities.

  • Water: Water bottles are available for sale by local charities. 5-gallon water jugs will be at various stations throughout the festival for hydration and rinsing glasses.

  • Food-pairing seminars: These seminars are free for all guests, Limited seating on a first-come, first-served basis.
